Day Trip Cancellation Policies
Flexible Cancellation
For Winter 2024, OvRride is offering Flexible Cancellation. In the event you need to cancel your day trip, we require 10 days notice in writing from the departure date of the trip. This writing must be in the form of an email from the person who made the reservation. No phone calls or other forms of contact on social media, word of mouth, etc. can be honored. Cancellations with sufficient notice will be issued a full refund, or the reservation can be moved to another day/trip.
OvRride Trip Assurance
Winter 2024/25 reservations will also include Trip Assurance. In the event you cancel within 10 days of the departure date, you can move the reservation to another day/trip as long as you let us know in writing up to 1 day before the date of the trip.
OvRride Limited Trip Assurance
Winter 2024/25 reservations to Belleayre Mountain Ski Center, Stratton Mountain, and Killington Ski Resort will also include Limited Trip Assurance. In the event you cancel within 10 days of the departure date, you can move the reservation to another day/trip as long as you let us know in writing up to 3 days before the date of the trip.
If you miss the bus for a day trip to Belleayre Mountain Ski Center, Stratton Mountain, or Killington Ski Resort and do not give us written warning at least 3 days before the date of your trip, you will be refunded all but $99.95 for trips to Belleayre Mountain Ski Center and Windham Mountain and $119.95 for trips to Stratton Mountain and Killington Ski Resort. This accounts for the cost of the bus seat that would then go empty.
Winter 2024/25 reservations to Hunter Mountain Resort and Okemo Mountain Resort do not include Trip Assurance. In the event you cancel within 10 days of the departure date, you can move the reservation to another day/trip as long as you let us know in writing up to 7 days before the date of the trip.
If you miss the bus for a day trip to Hunter Mountain Resort or Okemo Mountain Resort and do not give us written warning at least 7 days before the date of your trip, you will not be refunded.
Overnight Weekend Trip Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an Overnight Weekend trip requires written notice at least 2 weeks prior to the trip date to receive a full refund. Any cancellation for Overnight Trips within 2 weeks are subject to the loss of the lodging and transportation elements of the package. We can often recover rental, lift and other packages, but it’s difficult to adjust certain elements of those reservations within 2 weeks of the trip.
Domestic Trip with Flights Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a Big Trip (out West or anywhere with a domestic flight) requires written notice at least 30 days prior to the trip date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 30 days are subject to loss of the trip deposit and any flight-related expenses.
International Trip with Flights Cancellation Policy
All trips that include travel outside the USA require written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to departure to assure any refunds can be processed. Any refunds offered within the 60 day time period of a trip including airfare outside the USA, would only be offered if available with our third party partners (such as airlines) and within those partners’ guidelines – not guaranteed.

All Indy Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not for resale. Passholders are encouraged to protect themselves against the unexpected by adding pass insurance at the time of purchase.
