OvRride is strict about the animals it allows on its buses. With the exception of certified service dogs, animals of any species are not permitted on any OvRride bus, either in the cabin with the passengers or below the bus in the storage compartments.
We welcome service animals on board OvRride buses (they always seem to enjoy the ride too).
Service animal means any guide dog, signal dog, seizure response dog, psychiatric service dog, sensory signal dog or other animal individually trained to assist, work or perform specific tasks for an individual with a disability.
If you plan to have a Service animal accompany you on an OvRride trip we ask that you book your trip at least two days in advance of the trip date and let us know about the Service animal in the notes section of your order. We will then reserve a seat for the Service animal and confirm via email that we were able to do so.
There is no additional charge for a Service animal but please have proper documentation for the Service animal on hand for the duration of the trip.
If you have already placed your order and forgot to add a note to your order regarding the Service animal or are within two days of your trip date, please email us at info@ovrride.com to confirm we can accommodate.
