OvRride Age Policy

Of OvR ride, LLC (“OvRride” or “OvR”)

All those making reservations with or on the behalf of guests under the age of 18, MUST agree to this policy. If any of the following terms & conditions of our age policy are not met by participants after a reservation is made, OvR maintains the right to refuse service without the possibility of a refund. Proof of age by all guests is required in the form of a government issued ID. OvR reserves the right to ask for the presentation of ID at any time during the trip as it pertains to proof of age.

OvRride’s Adult Experience

Please note most OvRride trips cater to an adult audience resulting in an experience that may respectfully contain adult content in regards to R-rated movies, language, etc. We welcome guests of all ages to attend as long as this is understood, and they abide by all terms of our age policy.

OvRride’s All Ages Experience

OvR caters to an all ages audience on all trips taking place during “Holiday Periods” (Dec.27th – Jan.4th, Jan. 16th-19th & Feb. 13th-22nd). During these trips, we welcome everyone to appreciate entertainment, hospitality and an overall experience appropriate for guests of any age. All guests are expected to reflect behavior appropriate for all ages on these trips.

Guests Under 18 Years of Age

No guest under the age of 18 will be permitted on any OvRride trip without an OvR waiver filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. In addition, a photocopy of that parent or guardian’s government issued ID must be submitted at the start of the trip.

Guests Under 16 Years of Age

All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age in addition to having all aforementioned paperwork at the start of the trip.
